Though he wasn't the winner of AMERICAN IDOL's fourth season (that honor went to country songstress Carrie Underwood), Alabama native Bo Bice's blues-tinged Southern rock style--a bit of an anomaly within the show's distinctly pop framework--endeared him to millions. The bar-band vet garnered a second-place finish and secured a recording contract with RCA. Bice's debut album, THE REAL THING, was released in 2005, and featured his own band, SugarMoney, on three tracks.
