Bowling for Soup sang in their Get Happy tour in the summer and fall of 2006. The Get Happy tour went all across the United States. After the USA tour, in February 2007, Bowling for Soup took their Get Happy tour to the United Kingdom. The group has also scheduled a Get Happy Tour 2, beginning in October 2007, for the United Kingdom. In November 2006, Bowling for Soup released their seventh studio album entitled, The Great Burrito Extortion Case. "High School Never Ends" was the first single to be released from their seventh album in September 2006. Current members of the group include Jaret Reddick, Erik Chandler, Chris Burney, and Gary Wiseman. Gary Wiseman replaced original group member, Lance Morril. The year 2005 saw the release of Bowling for Soup Goes to the Movies, which was an album of cover songs and music for movie soundtracks. Some of the group's members also made special appearances on VH1's "I Love the '90s": Part Deux." Bowling for Soup got its name from comedian Steve Martin, who, on his 1978 comedic album, Wild and Crazy Guy, had a routine entitled, "Bowling for S--t." Bowling for Soup was originally created in Wichita Falls, Texas in 1994. In 1998, the group moved to Denton, Texas and recorded their debut album, Rock on Honorable Ones!!, utilizing another reference to S.H. Rider's motto "ROHO" (Ride On Honorable Ones). Their second album, Tell Me When to Whoa!!!, was also released later in 1998. This group was all about having fun. Bowling for Soup member Jaret Reddick is quoted as saying the group never prepares a play list; they just decide what to play as the show goes along. Tell Me When to Whoa!!! sold over 10,000 copies and they were signed by Jive Records. In 2000, they released their newest album, Let's Do It for Johnny! This new album contained a few new tracks and several works from their previous recordings.
