The twenty three year old American vocalist, Chrisette Michele is one of the current crop of successful upcoming pop artists. Born on Long Island, NY as the daughter of a deacon, she is already an acclaimed song writer and composer. Today she is rated among great composers like Alicia Keys and Jill Scott. Since childhood she was into gospel and classical music. She was the lead singer of the choir group in High School and College and has a strong sense of spirituality.
