Jetsetter is the musical duo of Renee Dunaway and Tyler Finck, whose infectious melodies, trip-hop hooks, euro grooves, pop energy, and candid lyrics compose songs that teeter between fun, sultry and melancholy. They have been compared to Zazie, Junior Senior, Massive Attack and Ani DiFranco. Their debut album, VasoVerga (2007), has enjoyed international airplay and use on soundtracks for shows on MTV, Oxygen Network and the original NYC play "The Wendy Complex." Music has filled Renee and Tyler's entire lives. Renee's parents are rock bassist Dennis Dunaway (original member of Alice Cooper) and rock costume designer Cindy Dunaway (Alice Cooper, Pink Floyd, The Who). Renee began writing songs in elementary school and took up guitar when she was twelve. Tyler, on the other hand, started with the piano when he was six, and has since added a multitude of instruments to his repertoire that all make their way onto Jetsetter tracks. The duo met at Ithaca College as film students when Renee took note of Tyler's outstanding compositions for student pieces and promptly stalked him into writing with her.
