Legally Blonde - Broadway's New Hit!

Everyone's raving about the new Broadway play Legally Blonde! The show is so popular that it has already been nominated seven times for a Tony™ award, since its opening in late April of this year. Laura Bell Bundy who stars as the show's lead character Elle Woods, is also a Tony™ nominee.

The show has received so many great reviews, that it is projected to join the ranks of long-running Broadway hits like Phantom Of The Opera, Jesus Christ Superstar and Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.

We here at Thumbplay predict great things for Laura Bell Bundy, who's spectacular voice have made the show’s ringtones hot-sellers. She might just be one of those rare vocalists who make the transition from the Broadway stage to the Pop music world.

There have been a number of vocalists who have actually done the reverse; Donny Osmond, Kiss’ Paul Stanley and Skid Row’s Sebastian Bach have all achieved success as Pop stars first and then later on in their careers took on Broadway.
