Pussycat Doll Goes Solo

Nicole Scherzinger of the Pussycat Dolls or "PCD" as they're known, has embarked on a solo venture with the release of a new album that’s full of pop hits. For this freshman endeavor, she recruited some of the top names in the music world.

Her first single “Whatever U Like” featured Atlanta rapper T.I. and was produced by Polow Da Don, who has worked with some of today’s hottest artists like Young Jeezy, Gwen Stefani, Mariah Carey, Young Buck and Ciara. Another contributing member on the album is Timbaland. He and Nicole originally worked together on the PCD song “Wait A Minute” for which he also appeared in the video.

Nicole has currently geared up for her second single “Baby Love” which features Black Eyed Peas member and producer will.i.am. The single is now blazing up the charts and the ringtone is becoming a Thumbplay favorite.

Nicole was originally brought to the Pussycat Dolls by music industry legend Ron Fair, who has been responsible for discovering artists like Fergie, Vanessa Carlton, Keyshia Cole and Christina Aguilera, just to name a few. Before joining the Pussycat Dolls, she was in the 90’s group Eden’s Crush, which achieved mild success.
