As time goes on, music changes. In the early 80's, when Punk and Disco started to dissolve, New Wave came into existence. As keyboard-driven Pop died down later in that decade, Hair Bands came along and dominated Rock in the early 90’s. The mid 90’s brought along Grunge which turned into Hard Rock, giving way to today's artists. Throughout these different eras of music, there are classic songs that seem to slip the cracks of our memory. I’ve compiled a list of some of my favorite forgotten tunes; from the 90’s on. See if you recognize any of these not too distant hits “Possum Kingdom” by The Toadies
“Closing Time” by Semisonic
“The Impression That I Get” by The Mighty Mighty Bosstones
“Breakfast at Tiffany’s” by Deep Blue Something
“Rest In Pieces” by Saliva
“Stacy’s Mom” by Fountains of Wayne
“All For You” by Sister HazelLabels: hit single
