On the Hip-Hop front... Playaz Circle "Betta Knock", Lil Wayne's hood-inspired "Only Way" and J. Holiday's jam "Falling".

Lifehouse "Make Me Over"... it's amazing how many good songs these guys have! Taylor Swift "I'm Only Me When I'm With You" and for a zinger...Paul McCartney's "Goodnight Tonight" (OK, this one was released as a single long ago, but it I had to throw in here).
