Sugarland Lawsuit

In July, Sugarland released Love on the Inside, an album that is currently number one on Billboard Comprehensive Albums. According to Access Atlanta, a lawsuit by former member Kristin Hall could "put a damper on celebrations" for the album. Hall alleges that even though she left the band in 2005, she is still entitled to her share of the profits from the remaining members because she still has rights to the group. She is seeking 1.5 million.
