Last night's
American Idol® took to the dance floor with a disco themed night. Kicking off the night was Lil Rounds with a poorly-received rendition of
Chaka Khan's "
I’m Every Woman," followed by Kris Allen with his inventive and praised take on
Donna Summer’s "
She Works Hard for the Money." Up next were two judge favorites: Danny Gokey, who seemingly can do no wrong with the judges, performing "
September" from
Earth, Wind and Fire, and Allison Iraheta powering through
Donna Summer’s "
Hot Stuff." Rounding out the night was the heavily favored rocker, Adam Lambert, doing a tender reinterpretation of
Yvonne Elliman’s "
If I Can't Have You," and the “saved” singer Matt Giraud performing “
Stayin’ Alive” by the
BeeGees. Did your favorite Idol® do justice to the originals? Download
